Deepa Sahi is a multi-talented Media Professional who turned to a film producer in 1992 with the feature film “Maya Memsaab”. A gold medalist from Delhi School of Economics, Deepa has over 25 years experience in the Film and TV industry. She was the CEO of Maya Entertainment Ltd and it was under her leadership that Maya Academy Of Advanced Cinematics (MAAC) was started.
Advocate Sudhir Mishra is one of the leading Environmental lawyers in India. He is also the founder of Trust Legal which is India’s leading Environment, Healthcare, Media and Broadcasting law firm. Adv Mishra heads the Asia Pacific region for its Environment, Health and Safety Law Committee. He has also been appointed as the “India Coordinator” and “Co-chair” of the International Section and is on the advisory board of India’s leading business magazine, Business World and Exchange4Media. Adv Mishra had been selected for one of United State Government’s most prestigious professional exchange programs for foreign opinion makers called International Visitors Leadership Programme (IVLP). In 2005, Mr. Mishra was appointed as Member, by Government of India, in two separate National Level Consultative Groups on Forest and wildlife. He is also a member of the Advisory Group for conservation of Lions in the State of Gujarat. In 2013, he was awarded as the ‘Best Environmental Lawyer of the Year’ by Legal Era Magazine in collaboration with CNBC TV 18 and Business Standard Newspaper.
Vrushal Pendharkar is a science writer. Amongst the sciences, Vrushal focuses largely on the environment. Occasionally, he writes about food and pop-culture. His work has featured in India's leading online and print media. Vrushal is also a trained naturalist. He has worked in national parks across Central India and the Himalayan terai. Vrushal straddles these two worlds - writing about the environment and sharing his joy of the natural world with fellow wildlife enthusiasts. Vrushal credits his interest in nature to his grandmother who introduced him to the outdoors at an early age. On weekends, Vrushal is out watching birds and dreams of seeing many of the over 10,000 species found around the world.
