Babajide Guerrero

Babajide Guerrero is a multiple award winning Master of Ceremonies. A Graduate of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, University of Lagos. He is a recipient of the prestigious Distinguished Young Leaders Awards. With a vast array of experience in hosting duties and presenting, Babajide Guerrero is a bi-lingual Journalist and On-Air Personality with various radio and television shows to his credit. Babajide Guerrero has over 10 years’ professional experience as a top-flight broadcaster, analyst, color commentator, reporter, writer, host, anchor, producer and researcher.


Doreen Nabaho

Chief of Staff, Bridge International Academics

Dr. Doreen Nabaho is an engineer, scientist, and strategy management professional now applying herself to the use of technology for development and social impact in sub-Saharan Africa.


Her interests include technology solutions and how they can be used to improve systems for equitable access to public goods including education, energy, and healthcare.


She has worked on projects in Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, South Africa & South Sudan. Doreen currently works as the Chief of Staff at Bridge, which operates thousands of schools in West Africa, East Africa, and Asia, in partnership with government and local communities.


Rufai Oseni

Journalist & Author

Rufai Oseni is a man of many parts - a master of ceremonies/compere, radio presenter, author, global speaker, entrepreneur and development expert. Cutting his teeth in media at the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), where he was trained, he worked at the BBC’s Bristol office as an analyst on African issues and at the BBC world service trust.


Rufai is also a guest columnist on some national and online news platforms including Punch Newspaper, Prestige Newspaper, the Guardian and the defunct Champion newspaper. An author of five books, his latest work Veritas was recently featured on BBC world service Trust, Rave TV, Channels TV and Vanguard newspaper.


Faith Abiodun

Director, African Leadership Academy

Faith Abiodun is an educator, entrepreneur, international affairs analyst, writer and speaker. He combines a hybrid background of journalism, corporate communications, non-profit management, marketing and education leadership in his various activities. His early career in journalism involved stints as a reporter for The Guardian and as a radio host. Today, he provides public commentary for global news outlets like the BBC, South African Broadcasting Corporation, Channel Africa and others. Since joining African Leadership Academy (ALA) in 2012, he has served as curriculum developer, Writing & Rhetoric Faculty, Communications Associate and Head of Program Recruitment and Partnerships, managing relationships with organizations around the world and enabling the recruitment of young leaders from all continents for the Academy’s pan-African and global programs.
